The association now gives you more convenient ways to pay your annual dues and special assessments, if any.

Or, you may pay by credit card by clicking on the proper links to the right.  If you have a Paypal Account you may also use a direct transfer to our new Paypal account riverwoodhoa15@gmail.com.

The Annual Dues as required by the Covenants of the association is $500.  The members of the association may also vote special assessments to fund particular projects or to help build our reserve fund. No special assessment has been voted for 2015.

We have designed a new computer system which we will use to send you regular statements of your account. We hope you will use the statement reminders to plan your dues payments and to help you to stay current.

While most homeowners are always on time and current with their obligations, there are still some who have placed the dues low on their priority lists. It is time that everyone move the dues higher on their list. Now that we have credit and debit cards available, we should all be able to make timely payments.

Please make every effort to catch up on any outstanding balance you may have. We just had an expensive repair bill for two water main breaks at the end of Deer Run. I would like to see our cash flow return to normal as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT. You will need to have a Paypal account in order to use credit cards with our system. That's easy to do by going to paypal.com and set up a free account.

Next, you will have to "associate" your credit card with the account.  You do not have to put money in the Paypal account. Just select your associated credit card when you pay your dues.
